To place an order or purchase a product, you must register an account on the Site. You are required to provide accurate and correct information, and must also inform us of your latest data if there are any changes, by using the relevant section of the Site.

• When you place an order, you will receive an email notification confirming your order number, order details, and payment information. This email is merely a notification and does not constitute acceptance of your order.
• A cooperation contract between both parties is not formed until we send you a payment confirmation email containing the Order Number and order details.

• The prices listed in the order are in Indonesian Rupiah.
• We try to ensure that all details, descriptions, and prices appearing on the website are accurate; however, errors may still occur.
• If there is an error in the details, description, price, and/or availability of the ordered product, we will contact you as soon as possible and provide the option to confirm the order for the correct product or to cancel the order.
• If we are unable to contact you within 1 x 24 hours, we will consider your order cancelled.
• If you decide to cancel the order but have already paid according to the price of the ordered product, we will refund your money in full. To serve you better, please contact our Customer Service via the Contact Us page.

• We provide several payment methods: Credit Cards (Visa and Mastercard) and interbank transfer payment.
• You must make payment and confirm your payment within 1 x 24 hours after placing your order.
• Every successful transaction will receive a confirmation in the form of a confirmation email with an order number. If you do not receive a confirmation number via email, please re-order or contact our customer service at +62 8157 385 4790 or email cs@cardinal.co.id.

The delivery process will take approximately 4-7 working days. Delivery time will vary depending on the delivery address.

We can return or exchange items within 7 days after the item is received. Details on returns and refunds can be read here.
